I have so say I’ve been on and off a diet all my adult life with frequent visits to the gym, but the weight gradually crept back on. Les was never judgemental and quickly taught me that it was not a diet I required, but a change of lifestyle. I found his sessions very addictive and always pushed myself to my limits but Les always made sure I trained within my capabilities. Christine Berry
Ok, where to start, ahh yes, children. I fell pregnant with my first child and put on 4 stone in weight. We started training with Les in August 2016 - we’d become rather ‘comfortable’ in our relationship and had both got a little tubby! Though I enjoyed running and Jon had always been a keen swimmer, we struggled with the ‘get up and go’ to really make a difference. We realised that getting someone on our case, to motivate and encourage us, would be the boost we needed. Click here to read my story. Pauline and Martin Hambridge

Like many people, I’ve struggled with my weight for a long time, but for me it was more than just struggling, my weight was nearly 28 stone. Inspired by a friend who had recently lost a lot of weight through eating well and exercise, I decided to give Les a call as I knew that unlike my friend, I couldn’t do it on my own, I needed support. Within 6 months, I’ve gone from not being able to walk on the treadmill for longer than 10 minutes to running a 10k race. Click here to read my story Steph Conolly
