CLASS TIMETABLE

Come and join in with a friendly class sessions led by one of our expert fitness trainers. There's no contract or long term commitment, just book, turn up and get fit. Our class sizes are always kept small so that each person gets the personal attention they need; there's no hiding away at the back at LSPT!

Indoor bike

Burn up to 800 calories in an hour in this intense workout.

Yoga

Mind and body class concentrating on posture, flexibility, breathing and relaxation.

6:30 to 7:30am

High intensity workout using different exercise stations.

Fitball

A full body conditioning class, using the gym ball.

Thursday (yoga fitball)
7:30 to 8:30pm

Bootcamp

Outside battling with the elements as well as the workout. If you want some fresh air while you're training this is the class for you!

Yoga
Mind & Body Class. Concentrating on posture, flexibility, breathing and relaxation.

Circuits
This fast paced class uses different exercise stations, alternating from aerobic to muscle strengthening.

Beginners Circuits
Class designed to help those new to exercise or those wanting to get back into fitness, for all levels and abilities.

Ladies Circuits
High intensity workout, using different exercise stations... just for the girls.

Punch Circuits
One for everyone, high intensity session with a 'punch'.

Fitball
A full body conditioning class, using the gym ball.

Yoga Fitball
Using the Fitball whilst executing yoga postures helps deepen stretches, engages different muscle groups and callenges your balance.

Bootcamp
A great way to start your morning. Come and join us for an early bird workout, using body weight and equipment to help get you into tip top shape. Fun and demanding class for all levels.

TRX
​Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Please notify the gym ASAP if you are unable to attend the class, as we run a 'reserve list' system.
