The best way of achieving my goal is to follow Les Slinn's expert advice and keep working hard at the gym.

Ok, where to start, ahh yes, children. I fell pregnant with my first child and put on 4 stone in weight. I only managed to lose a stone before my second child was born and by then I became 5 stone overweight. Thinking that this was it and no more children, I started Les Slinn's running club and lost 4 stone from running 2/3 times a week and half marathons and 10ks. I made it back to 13 stone and thats when I thought, yes I'm getting there, but I fell pregnant again! I tried to maintain as much as I could but still put on about 2 stone while I was pregnant and another stone after she was born.
A year and a half later I decided that something needed to be done. I went back to running club, but found it hard to get back to where I was. I could do 5ks and parkrun at a slower pace, but it wasn't shifting the weight as quickly as before. I decided to try Les Slinn's personnel training and from October to December I lost 2 stone 4lbs and I'm now back at the 13 stone where I used to be. However I feel that I still need to lose another stone and that the best way of achieving my goal is to follow Les Slinn's expert advice and keep working hard at the gym.

So if anyone is looking to lose weight and think they can't do it, your wrong. if I can do it, anyone can, its all about mindset and listening to the people trying to help you. If it wasn't for Les and his personal training and his running club, I think I would still be 4/5 stone overweight.
Now it's time for me and seeing how far I can go, hey maybe even trying my next half marathon.
We will see!
